Attendance

To report your student's absence, early dismissal or late arrival, please call the Rogers Attendance Line at 314-467-6310 or email attendance to smickc@msdr9.org .

Reporting Your Student’s Attendance

If your student will be late, leaving early, or absent for the day, please call the attendance line at 314-467-6310 before 8:00 a.m. Be sure to spell your student’s first and last name, give their grade, and explain the reason for the absence. For immediate assistance, or if it’s after 8:00 a.m., call the main office at 314-467-6300.

Excused Absences

In accordance with School Board policy, an absence will only be excused with:

  1. Doctor’s note
  2. Funeral notice
  3. Special permission from school administrator
     

Signing In/Out

If your student arrives late or needs to leave early, please stop by the Main Office to sign them in or out. For your child’s safety, students are released only to a parent/guardian unless the Main Office has been notified in advance of other arrangements. We may kindly ask to see a government-issued ID when someone other than a parent/guardian is picking up a student.
